Detailed product description

La Victoria brings together producers from the Santa Maria and Palermo regions in Huila, Colombia.

Their farms are located at an altitude of 1700-2200 meters above sea level, around the slopes of the Huila volcano (Nevados de Huila National Park). The main coffee varieties are Castillo, Pink Bourbon, Caturro, Chiroso, San Bernardo, and Typica.

To ensure quality, farmers carefully select only ripe cherries, ferment them for 24 hours, followed by an additional ferment for 36-72 hours after removing the pulp. The coffee is then washed and typically dried on terraces.

1) 20g kávy zajeleme 100g vody necháme blooming 50sec

2) Uzavrieme Aeropress a pretlačíme len váhou našej ruky tz. nemusime priveľmi tlačit

3) Mali by sme mať okolo 70g-80g koncetrovanej kávy ktorú zriedime 80g horúcej vody
