Protection of Personal Data

 

Under Act no. 122/2013 on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain acts, as amended, from 25.05.2018 Act no. 18/2018 on the protection of personal data and on the amendment of certain acts.

I. General
  1. This information on personal data protection sets out the conditions under which personal data is processed in relations related to the sale of goods purchased through the quickborn.sk e-shop.
  2. The term:
    Controller” means GARAGE COFFE s.r.o., with its registered office at Hollého 843/46, Skalica, Slovakia, identification number 52 591 395, registered in the Companies Register at the District Court Trnava, File No. 45104/T, Section Sro,
    e-Shop” means an online store located on the www.quickborn.sk website,
    Data subject” means any natural person whose personal data is processed.

II. Purpose of personal data processing
  1. The controller processes your personal data for the following purposes:
    a) creation and processing of contracts and client data for the purpose of concluding contracts with third parties.
    b) preparing accounting documents and documents related to the business activities of the Controller.
    c) compliance with legal regulations in connection with the archiving of documents and documents, for example under Act no. 431/2002, the Act on Accounting, as amended, and other relevant regulations.
    d) activities of the Controller in connection with the fulfilment of the request, order, contract and similar matters of the Data Subject.
    e) Newsletter, marketing and similar advertising activities of the Controller. In the case where the Data Subject grants consent to the Controller in relation to marketing and similar advertising activities.

The buyer as the data subject has rights defined in accordance with the provisions of Section 19 et seq. of Act no. 18/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data, as amended, namely:

a) the right to information, which is fulfilled by this content and terms and conditions,
b) the right to request access to personal data relating to the data subject – Section 21 of the Act establishes the buyer’s right to request how and for what purposes the buyer’s data is processed, while this request may be addressed by the buyer to the contact e-mail info@quickborn.sk
c) the right to rectification of personal data
d) the right to erasure of personal data
e) the right to restriction of the processing of personal data
f) the right to object to the processing of personal data,
g) the right to the portability of personal data,
h) the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority in relation to the processing of personal data.

VI. Method of data storage

The personal data of the Data Subject shall be stored by the Controller only for the time necessary for the purposes of performance of the contract and its subsequent archiving in accordance with the statutory periods imposed on the Controller by law. If the Data Subject has agreed to receive advertising emails and similar offers, the personal data of the Data Subject are processed for these purposes until the Data Subject withdraws his consent. However, for a maximum period of 5 years.
