When paying by bank transfer, there are no service fees.
After receiving your order, we will send payment details to your e-mail address that you provided when ordering. If the goods are not in stock, our employees will inform you by phone. You pay for the goods in advance to our bank account maintained at Slovenská sporiteľňa. Transferring money usually takes about 2 days between different banks. After receiving the payment in our bank account, we will send you the goods and inform you about the date when the shipment will arrive. Packeta – We will deliver your order to your address or to the delivery point of your choice. As a rule, the goods are delivered within 72-96 hours of dispatch of the shipment.
DPD courier – The order will be delivered to you by the DPD courier company. The goods are usually delivered within 72 hours of dispatch of the shipment.
Delivery within Bratislava – Every Friday we have delivery within Bratislava. All orders that arrived to us by 22:00 on Thursday will be delivered.
