Cafec T-90

This paper features the highest level of double-sided crêpe. You can feel how uneven and textured the surface is just by touching it. Thanks to this significant crêping, the paper can trap a large amount of coffee fines. Even when many fines settle on the paper, enough channels remain open for water to pass through, ensuring a smooth flow rate right until the very end.

Because of this faster flow, the filter allows you to use a finer grind without having to worry about clogging anymore.

Don’t be misled by the “Medium-Dark Roast” label, either. Since these filters originate from Japan—where roasting traditions differ—we recommend choosing them based on your desired flow rate and cup clarity rather than the roast level.
